The NH Collection Barcelona Constanza hotel is located in front of the meeting venue. Please bear in mind that there is limited availability, so we strongly recommend that you reserve your accommodation as soon as possible.

Important information

• The prices are per room and per night, including breakfast and VAT.
• Tourist tax is not included in the price. 
• The entire amount of the stay must be paid in advance to guarantee the booking.
• Each person should account for all additional expenses incurred during their stay at  the hotel.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation or alteration of your reservation must be notified in writing by email to the Technical Secretariat-Bco Congresos (eric2022@bcocongresos.com)  and will be subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations received on or before 5 August 2022
Full refund minus administrative fee of 50 EUR.

Cancellations received on or after 6 August 2022
No refund.

Please note that any refund will be processed after the meeting.
